TelkomGroup Launches Digital GraPARI to Offer Improved Digital Experience

Tangerang, August 16, 2017 - As an effort to improve the digital experience of customers and Indonesian people, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) inaugurates the operations of TelkomGroup’s Digital GraPARI in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD). The Digital GraPARI was inaugurated by the President Director of Telkom, Alex J. Sinaga, and the Mayor of South Tangerang Airin Rachmi Diany, Director of Telkom Consumer Service Mas’ud Khamid, President Director of Telkomsel Ririek Adriansyah, and Director of Telkomsel Sales Sukardi Silalahi at Graha Merah Putih BSD, Tangerang, Wednesday (16/8).

In the event, Mas’ud Khamid said that Digital GraPARI is an effort of TelkomGroup in providing digital-based customer service. Digital GraPARI is a form of a commitment to provide the best service, especially customers of TelkomGroup, and generally the people of Indonesia. Besides providing a seamless experience for customers. The service center becomes an education media to make customers, and people get more digital experience, Mas’ud Khamid.

TelkomGroup’s Digital GraPARI implements "One and Done" service concept where the staffs serve all the needs of TelkomGroup’s customers with the support of digital facilities so they could get a complete service solution. GraPARI also provides services that combine myGraPARI and myIndiHome, non-cash payment service, and cash deposit service supported by Finnet.

Complete facilities in TelkomGroup’s Digital GraPARI enables customers to explore the experience of using the products and services of TelkomGroup, both retail and corporate, and digital entertainment service. Besides that, customers can enjoy fast lane facility for faster service solution, get an experience using interesting features that are available in high-tech devices, and try digital attraction facilities. Customers can interact casually in the available co-working space, community space, and business zone.

"We will keep developing GraPARI with the digital concept in the other regions in Indonesia so customers and the public could access complete and integrated digital service solutions easier," Mas’ud Khamid added. TelkomGroup has presented more than 1,100 GraPARI and Plasa Telkom spread in many regions in Indonesia and even abroad.

IndiHome Launches Merdeka Package to Welcome 72nd Anniversary of Indonesia

At the same event, TelkomGroup also launched "IndiHome Merdeka Package" to provide a special service for customers in commemorating the 72nd Independence Day of Indonesia. Director of Telkom Consumer Service Mas’ud Khamid explained that TelkomGroup has worked to offer various interesting digital products, services, and features that support the customers’ digital lifestyle, especially families in Indonesia, in this digital era.

"In this 72nd Independence Day of Indonesia, TelkomGroup presents a special package that’s expected to support the lifestyle of families in Indonesia. Through IndiHome Merdeka Package, the digital lifestyle of Indonesian families is expected to become more positive and complete with reliable communications service, high-speed internet, and interesting and educative entertainment features," Mas’ud explained.

IndiHome Merdeka Package also offers a special price for IndiHome package with 10Mbps speed, only for Rp330,000/month. The normal tariff for the package was Rp460,000/month. Through IndiHome Merdeka Package, customers can enjoy special Add Ons that consist of Paket Nonton (watching package), Paket Bicara (talking package), and Paket Internet (internet package). Customers can enjoy children channels in IndiKids channels for only Rp45,000 with Paket Nonton.

Regarding Paket Internet, customers may use 10Gb of IndiHome Cloud for only Rp17,000. Besides that, customers can enjoy Movin service for only Rp17,000. Meanwhile, Paket Bicara allows customers to get 100 minutes free call to Telkomsel numbers and 100 minutes call to the other GSM provider users for Rp72,000.
