JAKARTA, GRES.NEWS – The Jakarta Police has declared Firza Husein a suspect in the pornographic chat between her and Habib Rizieq. Jakarta Police spokesperson Argo Yuwono explained that investigators have obtained the minimum required number of evidence to name Firza a suspect.

"We have found two evidence, which is enough (to declare Firza a suspect). There was a report to the police (against Firza and Rizieq), witnesses have been questioned and opinions from experts have been obtained," Argo said to reporters, Jakarta, Tuesday (16/5).

The scandal is dubbed baladacintarizieq or Rizieq’s Love Ballad.

Argo further explained that based on digital forensic investigations, there was communication between Firza and Habib, leader of the Islam Defenders Front (FPI).

Previously, Argo also revealed that a telematics expert has said that the pictures of the naked women spread in social media were not a result of manipulation. Meanwhile, face recognition expert Hery Cahyono said the pictures of the naked woman suits Firza Husein.

"Based on the algorithm system, as I have mentioned earlier, the result shows an automatic match," Hery said to reporters on Monday, 15 May.

Meanwhile, criminal law experts say the chat between Firza and Rizieq violates Article 4, 6, 8 of Law No.44/2008 on Pornography.

Habib Rizieq stays firm that he is being a victim of slander while Firza is also staying firm that she is not the naked woman in the pictures. (dtc/mag)
