National Land Agency Grants Certificates for Island C and D

JAKARTA, GRES.NEWS – National Land Agency (BPN) Head Sofyan Djalil said he has granted the requested certificates for Island C and Island D to the Jakarta Government in the Jakarta Reclamation Project.

According to Sofyan, almost all the requested certificates in the project have been granted.

"We have granted the requested certificate for Island C and D, namely certificates are Land Management Certificate (HPL) to the Jakarta government," he said, Jakarta, Sunday (20/8).
Meanwhile, for the developers the National Land Agency granted Building Rights on Land (HGU) certificates.

Sofyan detailed, 82 percent of the requested certificates have been granted. Some of the remaining land that has not been certified are hampered by land dispute. The National Land Agency vows to grant the certificates once the disputes are resolved.

"We will work to resolve the disputes. We target 95-100 percent to be certified next year," he said. (dtc/rm)
