Land deed (Doc. Special)
Law No.37/1198 on Regulation on Official Certifier of Title Deeds (PPAT) states that Official Certifier of Title Deeds are public officials who are given the authority to make authentic deeds for certain legal actions to certain rights-to-land or ownership rights on a vertical housing unit.
Official Certifier of Title Deeds carry out some parts of land registration procedure, which is to make the deeds. Article 95 Paragraph (1) of the National Land Agency (BPN) Regulation No.3/1197 on Implementation of The Government Regulation No.24/1997 on Land Registration mentions the types certificates that Official Certifier of Title Deeds may make.
a. Buy Sell Deeds (Akta Tukar Menukar);
b. Land Swap Deeds (Akta Hibah);
c. Grant Deeds (Akta Pemasukan Ke Dalam Perusahaan);
d. Income Statement into Company Akta Pembagian Hak Bersama);
e. Joint Rights Sharing Deed (Akta Pembagian Hak Bersama);
f. Mortgage Deed (Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan);
g. Deed of Right to Use of Buildings on Land of Property (Akta Pemberian Hak Guna Bangunan Atas Tanah Hak Milik).
h. Deed of Right to Use of Land of Property (Akta Pemberian Hak Pakai Atas Tanah Hak Milik).
